You requested immediate delivery of the service and expressly waived any withdrawal right for this instantly-delivered digital service. Refunds are not possible except for a proven bug, a duplicate charge or a technical issue on our side. You can cancel your subscription at any time from this page.

Why was I charged after my $1 payment?

The $1 unlocks your photo and starts a 3-day trial. The subscription is currently $14.99/month. It starts automatically 3 days after the trial unless you cancel before, from “My account”.

A refund is only possible in the following cases:

A proven bug on our side that prevented you from using the service.
A duplicate charge on the same account for the same period.
A technical problem with our platform (not with your device or connection).

By subscribing you requested immediate delivery of the service and expressly waived any withdrawal right for this instantly-delivered digital service. Refunds are not available for a change of mind or for not using the service. If you simply want to stop the charges, you can cancel your subscription from this page — access stays active until the end of the paid period.

The price, the length of the $1 access, the subscription amount and its automatic renewal are shown in 4 different places on the offer page, before any payment:

Under the payment button: “$1 for 3 days · then $14.99/month”, with the note “By paying, you accept our Terms, Sales Terms and privacy policy”.
In the offer summary block, mid-page: “Then $14.99/month after 3 days · Cancel in 3 clicks”.
In the offer page FAQ (“What exactly am I paying for?”): $1 for 3 days, then $14.99/month automatically.
In the terms text at the bottom of the page: the subscription starts automatically on day 3 and you expressly authorize the monthly charge of $14.99.

These terms are also detailed in the Terms of Sale and the Terms of Use, accessible from the offer page and accepted at the time of payment. A request based only on “I didn't know” or “I forgot to cancel” therefore cannot be accepted.
